Apparently discussions are ongoing whether or not to bring back Fringe for a fifth season. It seems though, that even if the show returns, it will likely be its last outing and it will probably only get a 15 episode season.
Fox’s entertainment chief, Kevin Reilly stated back in January at the Television Critics Association Winter press tour, that the show has abysmal ratings and due to that, it makes no money, and we all know what happens to shows on the Fox network that make no money. So, if Fringe does re-appear for season 5 then we should probably count our lucky stars.
