5 years after the return of Captain Janeway and her crew aboard the Starship Voyager, a motley crew of young aliens find an abandoned Starfleet ship called the USS Protostar at the Tars Lamora prison colony. After managing to take control of the ship, they learn to work together to make their way from the Delta Quadrant to the Alpha Quadrant.
